This Plan covers all Employees for whom contributions are made for purposes of this Plan or for whom contributions are required to be made pursuant to the Collective
Bargaining Agreement then in effect.
III.2 Retirement Benefits
In order for an Employee or his beneficiary to receive any benefits under this Plan, he must meet all applicable requirements, as
herein set forth. Any Employee or beneficiary not meeting the requirements specified herein shall not be entitled to any benefits under this Plan.
