65 or over

Service and Other Requirements

5 or more years of Credited Service including 2 years Credited Future Service; or 5th anniversary of participation.

Basic Benefit

$5.00 per year of Credited Past Service;  plus 2.0% of Contributions on or after January 1, 1970.

(c) 75% and 100% Alternative Joint Annuity Form
